All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll notify you if there are any significant delays.

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders shipped outside the EU, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lotessa has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your account and viewing order history
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Contacting our customer support team
Delivery Issues
Delayed Delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information first. If there's no update or your package appears lost, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us immediately. We may be able to update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
Holiday Shipping
During holiday seasons (especially Christmas, Black Friday, and other major holidays), shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Check our website or social media for specific holiday shipping deadlines.
